Matsuda-Fastnerparts Corporation is a mass-producing cold forging manufacturer that primarily processes fastening parts. Until now, we have manufactured a large number of mass-produced parts and also handled mold design and manufacturing in-house.
This allows us to offer benefits through in-house mold production that other companies cannot offer. Specifically, in addition to shortening lead time, it is possible to quickly ramp up from prototyping to mass production, making it possible to ramp up mass production in as little as one month.
